TALQ
The Anglophone Lens on Quebec (TALQ) strengthens Quebec’s English-language screen-based production sector through funding, mentorship, and advocacy.

BCTQ
The Quebec Film & Television Council (Bureau du cinéma et de la télévision du Québec) is the province’s film office and industry hub.
It promotes local and international production through location services, tax incentive guidance, and partnerships connecting creators to Quebec’s talent and infrastructure.
APFC
The Alliance des producteurs francophones du Canada (APFC) unites and represents francophone producers across the country.
It advances members’ interests through research, advocacy, and initiatives that promote francophone storytelling nationally and internationally.
CDEC
The Coalition for the Diversity of Cultural Expressions represents creators and organizations working to protect and promote cultural diversity in Canada and abroad.
It advocates for policies that sustain local content creation and the independence of Canada’s cultural sector.
ELAN
The English-Language Arts Network (ELAN) connects and supports English-speaking artists and cultural workers across Quebec.
