QEPC Announces 2026 Board of Directors!

Following its AGM on March 18th, QEPC is pleased to introduce its 2026 Board of Directors, bringing together a strong mix of returning and newly elected leaders from across Quebec’s screen sector.

Board members include Joe Balass, Arnie Gelbart, Kenneth Hirsch, Debra Kouri, Mindy Laxer, Stéphane Moraille, Michael Prupas, Glen Salzman, Anna Sikorski, Michael Solomon, and Stacey Tenenbaum, alongside newly elected members Jinny Barbosa, Ella Cooper, Laura Francis, and Philip Kalin-Hadju.

The Board has appointed Debra Kouri and Stacey Tenenbaum as Co-Presidents, with Kenneth Hirsch (VP), Michael Prupas (Treasurer), and Anna Sikorski (Secretary). Kirwan Cox continues as Executive Director of Policy and Research.

Together, the Board brings extensive experience across production, development, financing, and advocacy, reinforcing QEPC’s commitment to supporting and connecting English-language producers in Quebec.
